Dr. Pham was born and raised in Vietnam before immigrating to the United States with his family. He earned dual bachelor’s degrees in Biology and Computer Information Systems from Virginia Commonwealth University, combining a strong scientific foundation with technical expertise.

He went on to receive his Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from Howard University in Washington, D.C., in 2009. During his training, Dr. Pham actively participated in clinical research, internships, and community outreach programs, developing extensive hands-on experience and a deep commitment to patient-centered care.

With over 23 years of experience in dentistry, Dr. Pham has built a distinguished career grounded in clinical excellence, precision, and compassion.
